Penticton couple Al and Rita Chretien have been missing since March 19 2011.  The couple Al age 59,  and Rita age 56, disappeared while driving from Penticton BC to Las Vegas for a business trip.  The couple was  reported missing by their family when they failed to return home by April 1. It was then discovered that they never made it to the Las Vegas destination.  The RCMP as well as the US authorities launch a massive search for the couple. Al and Rita’s children hired a pilot with a small plane to search along the routes the couple could have driven but there was no sign of the Chretiens or their vehicle.

Lyle & Marie McCann left St. Albert, Alberta on Saturday July 3, 2010 to drive to Abbotsford BC. The couple planned on taking a week to complete the drive camping along the way. Lyle age 78 and Maria age 77 were driving their green and white Gulf Stream Sun Voyager recreational vehicle and towing a light green Hyundai Tucson SUV. The couple loved to camp and were looking forward to meeting up with their children in Abbotsford but they never arrived. The children reported their parents missing and the RCMP conducted a search from air, spoke to several witnesses, checked cell phone records and bank accounts. Days earlier the motor home was discovered burned but the connection to the couple was not made right away. The couple’s SUV was discovered in Prince George and Travis Edward Vader, 38, of no fixed address was  arrested and is currently still in jail. However Lyle and Maria are still missing to this day.

Perry Kit Wong, 72, and his common-law wife, Eloise Fendelet, 71 from Edmonton Alberta were last seen December 27 2010 by a family friend. The couple was reported missing January 5 2011 by an employee after the couple failed to show up at their business in Edmonton Alberta. All the vehicles that are registered to the couple were accounted for but they may have rented a vehicle although there is no record of this. Perry and Eloise enjoyed travelling and do own a residence in Vancouver BC.
